Loved the crown molding in the rooms, the shower done in tumble travertine, the comfort of the beds, and the breakfast and the Happy Hour that were included in price!! We loved relaxing around the pool most of all...a very beautiful pool and the scenery is majestic!! Will, the Porter was a delight, Linda in the gift shop so sweet and down to earth. We would love to stay here again sometime. We come over from Scottsdale on occasion on our way to either San Diego or Los Angles.
The girl at the front desk (nice???)...not so much! It was 110 degrees, the hotel was dead, little staff working, and she would not give us a better location...said everything was booked up...what a lie...we over- looked the busy street and parking! We were not told about a resort fee until after we arrived and did not like being charged for that....you were lucky to even have guest in this heat and the time of year!! Give me a break....over all the experience was good, very relaxing and very clean room which is the most important aspect to us! Pam ...Ritch's wife
Everything was very nice. We enjoyed the large pool and had a great time.
I was surprised that they added a $20 resort fee to our bill on check out. Maybe I missed it, but didn't see the resort fee charge when I booked or checked in.
Relaxed atmospher and the price.
The cost and the facility are a great value.
The breakfasts while complimentary are a little boring and the cups are too small!
Room comfort, pool, breakfast, and friendly staff.
Alitte noisy, can hear hall way noise and noise from upper floor rooms.
tourist attractions , shopping went to winery
needs some update elevator smelled from wet old carpet, when informed staff they sprayed it smelled better for 1 day .carpet needs to be ripped up and tile installed
The room was big, the hotel was nicely equiped
The breakfast was very poor, if you wanted something more you had to pay. When checking out they charged us 20$ for internet, newspapers which we didn't receive and they told us that that is regular daily fee, but that was not mentioned enywhere when we booked the hotel.
It's beautiful with the indoor waterfall and the amazing views. The room was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. I appreciated the wi-fi in the room and the access to a full size computer in the lobby. The staff were always very helpful!!
It's just a little shabby. Cleaning screens, a little paint, new bed spreads, and an eye for minor repairs would make this hotel really nice!
The Indian Wells Resort is an excellent value. A very good room at an excellent price point. The location is also part of the package, right on ca-111 gives one easy access to many wonderful extras, dining, entertainment ans shopping.
Indian Well Resort could do better with the in-room entertainment. The tv channels were extremely limited.
Staff was very friendly and efficient. They made our stay very memorable and fun
Weather and pool time
Continental breakfast was simple and nothing to get excited about.
Nice and peaceful
They charge a 20.00 hotel fee a night, after the fee added to the price you can stay at a better place and get more than a continental breakfast. 77.00 isn't bad but you can get more or the same elsewhere. The front desk staff are rude and they charge a hold on your credit card for deposit that can take up to 2weeks to clear. Come on it isn't the hilton they are a little ridiculous.
Free continental breakfast
Confort level of bed was poor! Old springy and small.
The price was right
Additional charges for things. We are charged a resort fee, I shouldn't then be charged $10 (couple) to eat in the only place we could while there was a singer. ( a charge to listen to a singer)
Location was convenient to activities planned for my stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
Due to the "off-season" time of year many of the facilities of the hotel were either not available or dimished due to lack of staff. The rooms were comfortable however I did have to request cleaning as it appears that they don't always clean every room every day.
